A market leader in the mechanical service industry, Trinity Mechanical Services LLC (TMS) has over eighteen years of experience in repair and fabrication of a variety of critical mechanical components catering to wide variety of industrial, marine and oilfield markets. As a result of growing demand for these services in the Middle East, TMS has firmly rooted itself by offering a wide variety of machining services across various locations in the region.

Founded in 1988, TMS commenced operations in Umm Ramool, Dubai. Today, TMS and its subsidiaries have over six workshops in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain. In addition, the facilities in Dubai are approved workshops for IHC Holland's Parts and Services division, which caters to maintenance and repair of dredgers that are built by its parent company.

As a result of growing worldwide demand, TMS has established a branch in Bahrain by the name of Trinity Industrial Services WLL (TIS) within ASRY to cater to vessels that dry dock in the area. This growth can be attributed to the high level of confidence of customers and the commitment of its employees to providing high quality services.

TIS currently offers the following services within Bahrain:

  • Hard Chrome Plating up to a length of up to 4 meters.
  • Electro Plating (Brush Plating)
  • Metal Spray by means of Arc Spray
  • Machining
  • Welding
  • Honing
  • Metal Stitching

Services available at TMS include all types of machining, supply of hydraulic hoses and fittings, hard chrome plating, nickel plating, thermal spraying by arc, plasma and HVOF, weld overlaying, re-babbitting, metal stitching, in house grinding, crankshaft grinding, in-situ crankshaft grinding, honing, in-situ machining and honing, reconditioning of marine and industrial engine components, foundry services and heat treatment.

TMS is also the parent company of Diesel Marine International Dubai LLC (DMI (Dubai)) which specializes in all sorts of engine component reconditioning and on-board repairs. DMI (Dubai)’s major strength is its worldwide network of service points and the availability of various engine components on exchange basis. It’s on-board repair team specializing in all type of repairs, especially engines (2 Stroke and 4 Stroke) is available on-call around the clock.

TMS operates as per the highest international quality assurance standard. It is proud to comply with the ISO 9001:2000 quality management systems and has various approvals for the American Petroleum Institute (API). Along with its back end support TIS ensures that their customers can get complete engineering solutions at one stop.
