ASRY’s major investment is its employees where training plays a vital role.

ASRY believes its main assets are its employees. It is our policy to assist our employees to improve their skills, knowledge and awareness to develop their technical and professional abilities to the maximum of their potential through regular in-house and external training courses.

ASRY has established a fully equipped in-house Training Centre where training takes place at all levels (from basic trade to professional management) of staff.
